It combines a historical archive of the Remington brand, a repository of publicly available court documents and public records concerning the modern enterprise, and neutral summaries of ongoing events — built so that journalists, officials, creditors, employees, collectors, and the public can consult primary sources in one place.
Recent business events and active litigation involving the Remington firearms enterprise in LaGrange, Georgia have generated substantial public interest. The relevant records are scattered across county record books, state indexes, and two courts in different states. This site gathers them, organizes them, and preserves them — alongside the two-century history that explains why the brand matters.

It does not advocate for any legal outcome. A complaint is the document that begins a civil lawsuit: it states the plaintiff’s claims and the facts the plaintiff intends to prove. A verified complaint adds a sworn verification — the plaintiff signs under oath that the factual allegations are true to the best of their knowledge. Verification raises the stakes of falsehood for the signer, but it does not transform allegations into established facts. Only the judicial process — evidence, cross-examination, and rulings — does that.
Two principal actions are pending. Roundhill Group LLC v. Ripley, et al., No. 1:26-cv-00529-MN (D. Del., filed May 6, 2026), asserts NDA-breach claims against Christopher Ripley and others. Ripley and Rip95 LLC v. Soura, et al., No. 26-CV-0369 (Superior Court of Troup County, Ga., filed June 29, 2026), asserts eleven counts against Scott Soura, Roundhill, RemArms, and related defendants. As of this site’s last update, no responsive pleadings in the Troup County action were available to this repository. The Case Timeline reflects the latest status.
The Document Repository hosts available filings with online viewers and free downloads — starting with the full 65-page Verified Complaint. Documents not yet in the repository are indexed with the official docket or recording reference needed to obtain them from the Clerk of Superior Court of Troup County, the GSCCCA, or PACER.
This site does not know, and does not claim to know. Allegations in filed pleadings are one party’s sworn account; the defendants are entitled to dispute them, and no court has ruled on their merits. What this site can do — and does — is distinguish rigorously between three kinds of statements: recorded public facts (a lien was recorded; a press release was issued; a suit was filed), attributed allegations (what a pleading claims happened), and historical record. Every page labels which is which.
